The EcoMod Modeling School will offer 2 intensive five-day courses in the international capital of the USA.  Since the courses are run simultaneously, participants can only choose one course for this period.

A discount of $500 is offered on the regular fee, and $400 on the university fee for registrations and payments completed by March 23, 2015.

The following courses will be offered:

Introduction to General Equilibrium Modeling Using GAMS
May 4, 2015 - May 8, 2015

This is an intensive, introductory-level course designed for individuals with little or no prior experience in modeling and GAMS. While the course is entry-level, it does assume a basic understanding of theoretical concepts and mathematical skills. Participants should be comfortable with foundational economic principles and basic mathematics to fully benefit from the hands-on training provided.

Energy and Environmental CGE Modeling Using GAMS
May 4, 2015 - May 8, 2015

Intensive course at the advanced level. The course will focus on modeling energy and greenhouse gas emissions. This course is only accessible to those who have some experience in general equilibrium modeling and to the alumni of the EcoMod School.

Dynamic General Equilibrium Modeling Using GAMS
February 13, 2015 - February 17, 2015

Intensive course at the advanced level. The course will focus on multinational and multisectoral modeling with imperfect competition and intertemporal dynamics. This course is only accessible to those who have some experience in general equilibrium modeling and to the alumni of the EcoMod School or on-line courses.
