The EcoMod School will offer two five-day intensive hands-on courses in Washington, DC. Since the courses are run simultaneously, participants can only choose one course for this period.

EcoMod courses are relevant for all the major current economic issues such as sustainability, energy, climate change, monetary and fiscal policy, taxation, labor markets, development, pension, health, social protection, gender, labor, agriculture, tourism, water, regional issues, etc. The participants learn how to develop and use models for scenario analysis, impact analysis, forecasting and projections.

EcoMod offers intensive courses taught by instructors with comprehensive practical experience as leaders in modeling departments of major institutions. Five full days of hands-on courses with the opportunity to network with other modelers from around the globe is truly a unique and powerful learning experience.

Participant feedback consistently reports that the program allows ample opportunity to revitalize ideas through networking at breaks and social events, and that strong relationships are built adding value to the in-person experience. The EcoMod School has the largest alumni network in the world with participants from more than 2000 institutions in 180 countries.

The training is fully practical and provides experience through intensive use of exercises on the computer. The fee for each course includes course materials, lectures, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, receptions.
